What is a Peer Support Coach for Mental Health?

I am a Peer Support Coach for Mental Health. This means I am your peer because I also have a diagnosis of mental illness with depression and anxiety. I am also a coach as I have been trained to give you personalized help with ideas, tools, and encouragement as you move along your path of recovery and healing. Depression and anxiety hit you right where you live affecting how you think, feel and behave. They are devastating illnesses. The good new is that there are answers for recovery. No matter how long you have suffered with depression and/or anxiety you can live in wellness and experience joy. I have so much to offer. Sign up for a free consultation below.
